We extract the perfect blend of oils from fresh and roasted garlic and blend them with our finest cold-pressed EVOO to produce our Roasted Garlic olive oil. The result is a light, buttery oil that hits all of the right notes with a subtle, yet complex depth of flavor. We like to use our Roasted Garlic olive oil in anything that needs garlic--which is everything!
